How to Cure Your Toddler of Bath Fear

1. Go to a germ-infested children's museum where your child can play with a water table and see that playing with running water is kind of fun. Also, he must pick up a nasty stomach bug.

2. When child has explosive diarrhea, place him in the tub standing up, strip him down, turn on faucets. Rinse him off while he plays with the running water happily. Baths are great!

3. Clean, dry, dress baby and send him off to play. Rinse cloth diaper out in tub. Get a turd stuck in the drain. Fish turd out of the drain. Now scrub down the entire tub and bathmat, do the diarrhea laundry, and please remember to wash yourself as well.

Your baby is cured!

That sounds like quite the bath experience! I am glad that he is cured of his bathtime fears, though. :)

I hope the little guy starts feeling better soon.

Dang it! We went to the Children's Museum and DD liked the water there, but it must not have worked to cure her bath fear since she didn't get a stomach bug. We'll have to try again! :-) Lucky you that he likes the bath again. We had another rough go at it last night.
