WUUUUT?
Donning my detective hat: there were two things different about last night.
1. I fed him oatmeal & veggies for dinner, instead of just veggies, making sure that he was actually hungry at dinnertime.
2. It was not roastingly brain-meltingly hot last night.
It took a while to get him down and I had to actually hold him upright on my shoulder for about a half an hour (reading a book over his shoulder to pass the time), but once he was out he was out for 8 SOLID HOURS. I woke up twice like huh? Why is he still sleeping? But sleeping he was. He didn't wake to nurse until 4:30am, then went back to sleep until 7 am.
It was awwwwwe-soooommmmme.
