And so on.
Chances are we will. We're talking about trying again next summer. But that seems so soon! Yikes.
Maybe I should at least get Miles sleeping through the night before we make any more babies. Heh. Speaking of which, is there a way to get a crazy almost-toddler-aged baby to sleep under a blanket??? It is getting cold here at night and though he has fleecy pajamas, I think he's going to need a blanket too. But he wants to be able to FLAIL about like a loon.
Last night, unbeknownst to me, we must have briefly lost power, which caused the programmed thermostat to default and hold at 62 all night. It was effing FREEZING and I didn't know why. So Miles kept waking up and crawling all over the bed whining, climbing on my head, etc., not to be persuaded to just snuggle up and get warm in a nice, quiet manner rather than by working up a sweat doing baby karate.
This morning has also been swell as it took me roughly an hour and a half to get him down for a nap in the pack & play. That is my job this week: naps in the pack & play. He did great for the past two days but not so much today. Sigh.

Oliver hasn't had a blanket on him since the day he came home from hospital as he kicks them off so we opted for a Grobag. He can kick all he likes and it's going nowhere!

Obviously this is a UK site but there must loads available over your side of the pond. Strongly recommended. I know Oliver is covered and snug, they zip up the side and have poppers over each shoulder for easy access. They have varieties of togs too. As his room is always at 21c (he sleeps aobve the boiler) he is in a low tog (1) but if your home gets a bit chilly then a 2.5 would be ok for Miles.
I'd say it was the best thing we invested in to be honest.
